The Heartfield by Fender Talon II is a Japanese-made electric guitar built for players who want fast playability, versatile pickup options, and dependable double-locking tremolo performance. Manufactured by FujiGen in Japan, the Talon II features a basswood body paired with a rosewood fingerboard, a flat 17” radius, and 24 medium frets for a smooth, modern playing feel.
Its HSH pickup configuration offers a wide range of tones, with a DiMarzio Super 3 humbucker in the bridge, Fender single-coil in the middle, and DiMarzio Super Distortion humbucker in the neck. This setup delivers everything from powerful high-gain tones to clearer single-coil sounds. An original German-made Floyd Rose double-locking tremolo provides excellent tuning stability for expressive vibrato work, while Gotoh tuners add another level of reliability.
Made in Japan by FujiGen and including its original hard case, this Heartfield Talon II is a well-built and increasingly distinctive Fender-related model from an interesting period of Japanese guitar production.
