The Martin 000-28 is a classic American acoustic guitar that pairs the comfortable 000 body shape with Martin’s traditional spruce and rosewood construction. Its solid spruce top and solid East Indian rosewood back and sides produce a rich, balanced sound with clear highs, defined lows, and plenty of harmonic depth. Scalloped X-bracing helps the top respond dynamically, making the 000-28 an excellent choice for fingerstyle playing, flatpicking, and accompaniment.
The GE Modified Low Oval neck profile, 1.75” nut width, and shorter 24.9” scale length provide a comfortable playing feel with slightly reduced string tension. An ebony fingerboard and bridge, bone nut and saddle, and traditional Style 28 appointments complete the guitar’s classic Martin design. Includes a Martin hardshell case.
